DB642，CH19）、防靜電保護膜、黑白雙面膠、不透光鋁箔、增光膜、鐳射紙等的多次復(fù)合綜合加工。

主機由上下壓板、四柱精 密導(dǎo)向機構(gòu)、平衡機構(gòu)和機架等組成。

上壓板設(shè)有自動刀模限位夾緊裝置，更換刀模方便快捷。

整機四柱精 確導(dǎo)向、連桿平衡、液壓驅(qū)動；各運動部件采用自動潤滑系統(tǒng)，保證機器的使用壽命及沖裁精度行程由編碼器控制，可在面板上進行設(shè)置，可配合刀模進行刀口高度的設(shè)定，使模切調(diào)整方便、精 確。

機器的上下兩個工作面采用精 密機械加工、熱處理、精磨等加工方式，可沖切不銹鋼板，模切壓力精度：±0.15mm。

The four-column precise quiding，connecting rod balance and hydraulic drive of the whole machine：each moving parts adopt automatic lubrication system to ensure the service life and punching precision of the machine.

The stroke is controlled by the encoder，which can be set on the panel.The cutter height can be set with the die to make the die cuttinc adjustment convenient and accurate.

The upper and lower working surfaces of the machine are processed by precision machining，heat treatment，fine grinding and etc；the stainless steel plate can be punched and the die cutting pressure accuracyis ±0.15mm.
